The mission of our cultural exchange programs is to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries by means of educational and cultural exchanges. Together with our working partners, we will make our joint effort to provide exchange visitors (foreign interns/trainees) the opportunities to enhance their understanding and knowledge of American culture and society as well as American techniques, methodologies or expertise in his/her career field of endeavor through a structured and guided work-based learning/training program as set forth in an individualized training placement plan.

We will sponsor young professionals, who come to United States from other countries as interns or trainees, helping them to grow professionally and personally as well as to develop their potential through participation in the exchange program across the U. S.  Our intern/trainee program allows college/university students, graduates and young professionals from around the world may train in the United States in their field of endeavor for up to 18 months.
